  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district, and agreement to accept service from the complainant.

If valid, we may restore the material unless the complainant seeks a court order.

5. Repeat Infringers

MarsLink News reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for repeat infringers.
