3. Removal of Content
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, MarsLink News will remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the contributor, if applicable.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district, and agreement to accept service from the complainant.
If valid, we may restore the material unless the complainant seeks a court order.
5. Repeat Infringers
MarsLink News reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for repeat infringers.
