U.S. Attorney On The Rep. Jasmine Crockett Incident..

Authorities are reviewing an incident involving Rep. Jasmine Crockett and conservative cameraman Charles Downs, according to acting U.S. Attorney Ed Martin.

His office will determine whether charges are warranted if the case is formally referred. Downs, who is associated with right-wing activist Laura Loomer, claimed Crockett assaulted him while he was filming her inside a Capitol office building last week.
