Entrepreneur and former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy is set to launch his campaign for Ohio governor on February 24, according to a report from the Associated Press. The 39-year-old biotech entrepreneur will kick off his campaign at CTL Aerospace Inc. in Cincinnati, followed by events in Columbus, Toledo, and Cleveland over the next two days.

If he decides to run for governor, he will have my full support. And together, we will ensure a bright future for the Buckeye State!
And State Treasurer Robert Sprague. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Sprague praised Ramaswamy, saying, “I believe Vivek Ramaswamy is the leader we need to lead Ohio forward with a bold vision of conservative reform. Should he run for Governor, he will have my full support!
In addition to his campaign launch on February 24, Ramaswamy is scheduled to speak at 30 county Republican dinners across Ohio between March 3 and May 22. These events will allow him to connect with voters and build momentum ahead of the 2026 election.
